Q: I'm purchasing an item as a gift. Can you Gift Wrap?
A: Yes, we certainly can. All of our purchases are complimentray gift wrapped in tissue paper with an organza bow, or a Chiffon Gift Bag. Should you require Gift Paper Wrapping, please select Gift Wrapping when processing through the Checkout.

Q: Do you refund faulty produts?
A: All products are inspected prior to postage, however if you do receive a faulty item please notify me immediately by email and return the item in its origianl packaging within seven (7) days (the postage of which will be covered by La Di Da Fashion Accessories). The item will be replaced or a refund given if the same product is not available.
